Throughout its lifetime it has constantly changed, whether it's adding and removing rides & attractions, or changing how guests experience the park. If you aren’t a park regular we know just how intimidating all the new changes can be, especially during the last few years. With the parks getting more crowded more regularly and heavier reliance on apps the thought of a Disney vacation now can be quite daunting.

What We Do
Navigating through Genie+ and making reservations can be quite challenging for people who have never used it before. Our service will help manage and make reservations for you during your trip (using our secret methods to get you even more lighting lanes). But this service starts even before you enter the park as this includes a 30 minute consultation call with one of our Disney experts to better understand you and your families priorities. Once you’re in the park, our team will assist remotely and be available for constant communication throughout the day making Lightning Lane reservations for your party and answering any questions you might have about the parks.
On a regular day (without our services), you can expect to get a lightning lane for 3-5 rides. With our services, we are able to get you lightning lanes for 9-11 rides (and on a good day, every single ride).
Our service includes:
Pre-Trip
30 minute consultation to understand your groups priorities and develop recommended itinerary
Day-Of
6 hours (1 park) or 9 hours (both parks) live service which will communicate with you regularly to ensure you get on all the rides you want
Available to answer any questions you have about the park or provide recommendations for food, areas to rest, merchandise, etc

Our team is composed of local die hard Disney fans, who have gone to the parks hundreds of times. Through those trips they’ve learned the best tips and tricks to maximize the experience, especially for their friends who aren’t regulars. Now we want to be able to share our knowledge and experience with you to make sure you have the best time possible and help keep the magic of the parks alive for new families.
